Relais Group completed the acquisition of Team Verksted from Vy Buss.

Relais Group, a Nordic/Baltic consolidator in the vehicle aftermarket, completed the acquisition of Team Verksted, an independent chain of workshops specializing in full-service maintenance, repair, and parts for all heavy commercial vehicles, from Vy Buss, a bus company, part of the Nordic transport giant, and tour bus services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition significantly strengthens our spare parts operations. By integrating LVD´s expertise and expanding our Nordic footprint, we’re not only increasing our distribution capacity and improving service to commercial customers and fleet operators across the Nordics. We are also unlocking clear synergies with our existing businesses.
