Resolute Mining, an African-focused gold miner, completed the acquisition of two gold projects in Côte d’Ivoire from AngloGold Ashanti, a global gold mining company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction ensures we maintain our focus on disciplined capital allocation and driving efficiencies from our existing portfolio. It also ensures these Projects are in good hands, to benefit all stakeholders,” Alberto Calderon, AngloGold Ashanti CEO.
