FIFAA Latvija completed the acquisition of Bang Bang Shop & Coffee from RB Projekts.

FIFAA Latvija, an international fashion, sports retailer and distributor, completed the acquisition of Bang Bang Shop & Coffee, concept store specializing in footwear and clothing, from RB Projekts, a retailer and e-commerce shop. Financial terms were not disclosed. FIFAA will integrate Bang Bang Shop & Coffee into its multi-channel retail platform. According to the Ellex law firm, which advised FIFAA on the deal, Bang Bang Shop & Coffee, combines a curated selection of international footwear and fashion brands with an in-store cafe experience, attracting both local shoppers and tourists.
