Fairstone Ireland, an independent financial planning and wealth management firm, completed the acquisition of a 98% remaining stake in PCS Financial Services, a provider of financial planning, investment, and mortgage services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fairstone provides the clients of PCS with access to a broader suite of services, investment management expertise, and more robust technology and compliance infrastructure that a smaller, independent firm might lack.
