Madison Dearborn and CDPQ-backed IPL, a manufacturer of rigid-plastic products, agreed to merge with Brookfield and the Schoeller family-backed Schoeller Allibert, a manufacturer of reusable transport packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The future of packaging lies in sustainability, innovation and adaptability.
