SEER completed the acquisition of Swan Electric Plumbing Heating & Air.

SEER, a group of HVAC, electrical and plumbing companies, completed the acquisition of Swan Electric Plumbing Heating & Air, a provider of heating and electric services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
