Swiss Life Asset Managers and Planet Farms to form a joint venture in a €200m deal.

Swiss Life Asset Managers, a European asset manager, and Planet Farms, a Controlled Environment Agriculture infrastructure developer and operator, agreed to form a joint venture in a €200m deal.
