TRG completed the acquisition of TDA from NewPort Capital.

The Relevance Group, a European network of companies specializing in data-driven marketing and sales optimization, completed the acquisition of TDA, a group of brands specialized in data technology and analytics, from NewPort Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With TDA Group, we are strengthening the technological backbone of The Relevance Group.
