Alvarez & Marsal Capital-backed VTG, a company specializing in national security solutions, completed the acquisition of Triaplex, a provider of cyber and signals intelligence solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership allows us to make the right, focused investments in our talent and technology, bolstering our core RF expertise.
