Charlesbank Capital Partners completed an investment in Access Medical Clinic.

Charlesbank Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focusing on management-led buyouts and growth capital financing of middle-market companies, completed an investment in Access Medical Clinic, a family practice and urgent care providing a complete complement of care and treatment options. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment supports the continued expansion of AMC’s scalable care delivery model, and will leverage Charlesbank's deep expertise in multi-site healthcare through its investments in ABC, MB2 and MyEyeDr.
