Prio to acquire the remaining 60% stake in the Peregrino field from Equinor for $3.5bn.

Prio, Brazil’s largest independent oil and gas company, agreed to acquire the remaining 60% stake in the Peregrino field from Equinor, a Norwegian multinational energy company, for $3.5bn. "Equinor will be responsible for operations of the field until closing of the transaction, after which PRIO will take over operatorship," Equinor statement.
