Cibus Capital (Cibus Fund II), a private equity fund that specializes in sustainable agriculture, food, and agri-biotech companies, agreed to acquire a majority stake in PSB Produccion Vegetal, a developer of climate-resilient, disease-resistant, and flavorful fruit varieties that enhance shelf-life, reduce chemical inputs, and support sustainable agriculture.
