Soderberg & Partners completed the acquisition of Gabler Investments from Gabler.

Soderberg & Partners, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of Gabler Investments, an independent investment advisor, from Gabler, an independent firm in pension, asset management and insurance. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Gabler Investments has had a strong development in private wealth management and the segment for institutional investors, and has established a solid position in the market. I am confident that the acquisition will strengthen both parties, and we look forward to a strong collaboration in the future," Aksel Bjerkvik, Gabler CEO.
