Madison Dearborn Partners completed the acquisition of a stake in NextGen Healthcare from Thoma Bravo.

Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in NextGen Healthcare, a provider of innovative healthcare technology and data solutions, from Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our investment strategy centers around partnership with management. When we invested in NextGen Healthcare it was apparent to us how integral Sri has been to all aspects of the Company’s success. The succession announcement today is a natural progression from his previous leadership roles with the Company.
