GTT to acquire Danelec from Verdane for €194m.

GTT, a technology and engineering group, agreed to acquire Danelec, a provider of advanced digital solutions for maritime data collection and analysis, from Verdane, an investment fund, for €194m. “We are delighted to welcome Danelec to the GTT Group.
