Atlas Roofing completed the acquisition of Groupe Expan.

Atlas Roofing, a manufacturer of residential and commercial building materials, completed the acquisition of Groupe Expan, a manufacturer of expanded polystyrene. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition allows us to expand our geographic footprint, enrich our product portfolio aligned with our strategic vision, and strengthen our position as one of the largest molded polystyrene manufacturers in North America," Ken Roberts, Atlas President.
