Systematic Growth-backed MotionTech, an intralogistics and warehouse automation company, completed the acquisition of Unitech, an Italian manufacturer specializing in automated end-of-line packaging systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Unitech to our Group supports our long-term ambition to be a full-service automation partner.
