CVC-backed Mehiläinen, a digital healthcare company, completed the acquisition of home services business from 9Lives Group, an expert in mobile nursing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Mehiläinen is a reliable and innovative industry player with solid experience in home services and a functional organization for running these services. It is important to us that Mehiläinen wants to continue growing and developing home-delivered care and assistance services.
