ODDO BHF, BNP Paribas Développement, Initiative & Finance and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Briconord.

ODDO BHF, an independent European financial group, BNP Paribas Développement, an investment company, Initiative & Finance, a private equity firm, and Bpifrance, a public investment bank, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Briconord, a French designer and distributor of furniture and hardware solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
