Synteq Digital to acquire Crunchbits.

Synteq Digital, a global provider of data center hardware services and infrastructure solutions, agreed to acquire Crunchbits, a fast-growing high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure and services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am truly excited to integrate Crunchbits into Synteq Digital.
