Vistria-backed MGT completed the acquisition of Ednetics.

Vistria-backed MGT, a national technology and advisory solutions provider serving state, local and education government clients, completed the acquisition of Ednetics, a provider of IT solutions for the public sector, with a focus on education and government communities.
