UBM Group completed the acquisition of Hungary business of Agrifirm.

UBM Group, a Hungarian feed producer and trading group in cereal, oilseed and protein crops, completed the acquisition of Hungary business of Agrifirm, a Dutch agricultural cooperative. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to the many years of dedication and commitment of our employees Agrifirm Hungary has grown into a financially healthy and solid company.
