DoorDash, a food delivery service that connects customers with local restaurants and provides on-demand food delivery completed the acquisition of SevenRooms, a Guest Experience and Retention platform for hospitality operators, helping them create exceptional experiences to boost profitability and repeat business from PSG, a private equity firm specializing in investing in growth-stage software companies for $1.2b. “We’re enhancing the DoorDash Commerce Platform to help merchants serve their customers across all channels.
