CPX completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SpiderSilk from Global Ventures and Dara.

CPX, a UAE-based cybersecurity and physical security firm, completed the acquisition of SpiderSilk, a Delaware-incorporated cyber-AI company, from Global Ventures, a MENA-focused venture capital firm, and Dara, a regional single-family office.
