Wynnchurch Capital-backed ORS Nasco, a wholesaler of industrial MRO supplies, completed the acquisition of Techniweld, a wholesaler of welding, safety and industrial supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to grow our presence in the welding market with the acquisition of Techniweld.
