SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (SELP) completed the acquisition of Sázava Logistics Park from UDI Group.

SELP, a provider of investment services focused on the logistics sector, completed the acquisition of Sázava Logistics Park, a logistic complex from UDI Group, an urban developers and investors specializing in residential, commercial, and logistics projects. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We continue to seek opportunities to acquire high-quality assets that complement our existing portfolio in our core markets. This acquisition aligns with our strategy and helps us build scale in the Czech market.
