CMA Media, the media division of CMA CGM active in broadcasting, publishing, and digital content, completed the acquisition of Chérie 25, a French TV broadcaster, from NRJ Group, a media group, operating as a publisher, producer, and broadcaster. Financial terms were not disclosed.
