Capmont completed the acquisition of Deutsche Fertighaus Holding from DIVACO.

Capmont, an entrepreneurial alternative asset management platform, completed the acquisition of Deutsche Fertighaus Holding, one of the largest companies in the German prefabricated housing industry, from DIVACO, a residential and commercial firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Capmont will work closely with DFH’s management team to drive further growth and capitalize on the company’s market-leading position.
