Kiwa to acquire Sequoia Consultants.

Kiwa, a testing, inspection, and certification company, agreed to acquire Sequoia Consultants, a provider of construction quality assurance and quality control service. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are delighted to become part of Kiwa.
