Irestal Group completed the acquisition of Thielmann from Heritage B.

Irestal Group, a European group specializing in the processing, transformation, and distribution of stainless steel products, completed the acquisition of Thielmann, a manufacturers of stainless steel container solutions, from Heritage B, a private investment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition strengthens our industrial and logistics capabilities and opens up new opportunities in strategic markets and sectors ," Joaquim Boixareu, IRESTAL Group President and CEO.
