Tire Bank Group completed the acquisition of Air Premia.

Tire Bank Group, a company specializing in tire distribution and automotive services, completed the acquisition of Air Premia, a long-haul hybrid airline based in Korea. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Airlines are more than businesses—they represent the dignity and global standing of a nation. We are committed to building Air Premia into a premium hybrid airline that proudly represents Korea and elevates its presence in the global aviation market," Kim Jeong-kyu, Tire Bank Group Chairman.
