Veritas to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Cordoba Minerals for $100m.

Veritas Resources, a mining construction company, agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Alacrán Project from Cordoba Minerals, a mineral exploration company, for $100m. “This transaction represents an opportunity to expedite the advancement of the Alacrán Project and will be an excellent outcome for Cordoba shareholders.
