Efor Holding completed the acquisition of tea business in Turkey of JDE Peet’s.

Efor Holding, a diversified Turkish conglomerate, completed the acquisition of tea business in Turkey of JDE Peet’s, a multinational coffee and tea company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The business generated approximately €60m in annual revenue but made a negative contribution to adjusted EBIT.
