Delta and Korean Air to acquire a 25% stake in WestJet for Onex for $550m.

Delta, an US airline, and Korean Air, the flag carrier of South Korea, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in WestJet, a Canadian airline, for Onex, an investment company, for $550m.
