Inverness Graham, a buyout firm focused on acquiring innovative, high-growth companies, completed the acquisition of Cognito Forms, an easy-to-use workflow automation solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As organizations further digitize critical business processes and heighten focus on data security, the workflow automation market is poised for substantial growth.
