QIAGEN to acquire Genoox for $80m.

QIAGEN, a global provider of Sample to Insight solutions, agreed to acquire Genoox, a provider of AI-powered software offering cloud-based tools for genomic data interpretation in clinical and research settings, for $80m. “Joining QIAGEN marks a major milestone in our mission to make genomic data more accessible and actionable.
