Corporacion Financiera Azuaga and Hyperion Fund completed the acquisition of Gestair from GPF Partners for €100m.

Corporacion Financiera Azuaga, a diversified financial holding with a focus on sustainable, long-term value creation and Hyperion Fund, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Gestair, an aviation management company, from GPF Partners, a private equity firm, for €100m. “The acquisition of Gestair represents a strategic commitment to a sector with significant growth potential.
