Cardinal Capital to invest in HLB Ireland and FutureRange Group.

Cardinal Capital, an alternative investment manager, agreed to invest in HLB Ireland, an accountancy and advisory firm, and FutureRange Group, a provider of cybersecurity and IT services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
