Goldman Sachs and Smith Point Capital, both venture capital firms, co-led the $120m Series D funding round in Bestow, an insurtech company focused on modernizing life insurance through software and digital services, with participation from Breyer Capital, Valar Ventures, New Enterprise Associates, Core Innovation Ventures, Morpheus Ventures, and Sammons Financial. “Bestow has an attractive end market that is large, resilient and relatively underserved by modern technology,” Ashwin Gupta, Goldman Sachs Partner.
