Guaicaramo, an agroindustrial company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Alianza Del Humea, an oil palm company, BioD, an agro-industrial company, and Acepalma, an agro-industrial company from Inparme, a provider of palm oil. Financial terms were not disclosed.
