Sesa, a digital transformation group, and Var Group, a specialized company that integrates technologies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Delta Informática, a Spanish digital identity company specializing in biometric recognition, OCR, blockchain, and AI-based data automation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
