Blue Cloud, a New York-based venture capital fund, led a $25m Series D round in Forethought, a provider of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customer experience, with participation from May Habib, Scott Wu, Karan Goel, NEA, Industry Ventures, Neo, Village Global, Sound Ventures, and Gwyneth Paltrow. “We’re entering a new era where AI agents can go far beyond answering questions — they can now resolve real customer problems, drive upsells, guide product discovery, and ultimately transform how businesses engage with their customers.
