DLL to acquire a majority stake in GATE from Iveco Group

DLL (De Lage Landen International B.V.), a provider of financial solutions to manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, agreed to acquire a majority stake in GATE (Green & Advanced Transport Ecosystem) a rental services for low- and zero-emission vehicles, from Iveco Group a global automotive leader. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This collaboration with one of the top players like DLL opens a significant new chapter for GATE.
