KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens, a Swedish technical installation and services company offering electrical, heating, ventilation, automation, fire safety, plumbing, refrigeration, and related solutions, completed the acquisition of BK Styr och Elteknik, a Swedish electrical installation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Good news that we continue to grow within control and automation. The acquisition is the group's first this year, completely in line with our growth - and I welcome BK Styr och Elteknik to Sandbäckens," Lars Larsen, Sandbäckens Regional Manager Electrical.
