O’Neil Strategic Capital, an investment firm, led a $60m Series E funding round in Flock Freight, a software-driven shared truckload service provider, with participation from Susquehanna Private Equity Investments LLLP, SignalFire, GLP Capital Partners, Bracket Capital, and others.
