ARA Partners and Kelso completed the investment in Galloway & Company.

ARA Partners, a Texas-based private equity firm, and Kelso, a private equity investment firm focusing on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth capital transactions, completed the investment in Galloway & Company, a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Galloway has always focused on cultivating and supporting long-term relationships with our staff, clients, and communities.
