Delta Tecnic to acquire Impact Formulators Group from Koinos Capital.

Delta Tecnic, a global specialty chemical manufacturer, agreed to acquire Impact Formulators Group, a masterbatch additives and plastic compounds producer, from Koinos Capital, an organization managing private equity and venture capital funds.
