MTX Group completed the acquisition of Omial Novi from Aluflexpack for €31.169.

MTX Group, a Czech industrial holding company, completed the acquisition of Omial Novi, specializing in the production of wet pet-food and human-food aluminium containers and lids, from Aluflexpack, a provider of circular flexible packaging and barrier solutions, for €31.169. "The acquisition of Aluflexpack's Omial Novi production facility fits well within our strategy to develop our business activities vertically. Our ambition is to triple our current turnover in the packaging sector by 2030. MTX Group companies are traditional aluminum manufacturers and packaging producers, and we continuously innovate and invest in modernizing our operations," Petr Otava, MTX Group Owner.
