Champlain Financial completed the acquisition of Ventilation Jean Roy.

Champlain Financial, a Montreal-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Ventilation Jean Roy, which specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, with participation from Fondaction and Charles-André Bilodeau. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to join forces with Champlain and Fondaction.
