Greystar, an international real estate developer and manager based in the United States, agreed to acquire a portfolio of real estate assets in Copenhagen from Nrep, a Nordic private equity real estate firm, for DKK3bn. The properties were developed, designed, and operated by Nrep to respond to an unmet need from students.
